電(dian)(dian)池(chi)短(duan)路(lu)試(shi)驗機(ji)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)遙控大電(dian)(dian)流短(duan)路(lu)裝置(zhi)綜合多種電(dian)(dian)池(chi)短(duan)路(lu)試(shi)驗標準要求(qiu)而(er)設計(ji),即滿(man)足GB \ IEC \ EN \ UN38.3 \ UL \ QC/T 743-2006《電(dian)(dian)動汽車用(yong)(yong)鋰離子蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)》“863計(ji)劃”節(jie)能(neng)與(yu)新能(neng)源汽車重大項(xiang)目――2008年度EV用(yong)(yong)鋰離子動力蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)性能(neng)測(ce)試(shi)規范(fan)等標準規范(fan);按標準要求(qiu)短(duan)路(lu)裝置(zhi)必須符合內阻范(fan)圍(wei)≤5mΩ,從而(er)獲得試(shi)驗要求(qiu)的Z大短(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流。
電(dian)池短(duan)(duan)路(lu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)機(ji)在短(duan)(duan)路(lu)裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)線路(lu)設計上也須能(neng)夠承受(shou)大電(dian)流的(de)(de)沖擊(ji),所以我們選用了工業級直流電(dian)磁(ci)接(jie)觸器及(ji)全(quan)銅(tong)接(jie)線柱和內部銅(tong)板(ban)導流,寬厚的(de)(de)銅(tong)板(ban)有效提高(gao)散熱效果,使大電(dian)流短(duan)(duan)路(lu)裝(zhuang)置更安全(quan),有效減少(shao)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)設備的(de)(de)損耗(hao),確(que)保試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)數(shu)據(ju)的(de)(de)準確(que)性。
